Rachel E. Sakofs, M.S. CCC-SLP is pleased to service Florida and New Jersey with very competitive rates! As a small private practice, she does not have the resources to devote to billing insurance companies. Services may be covered by out-of-network benefits. It is important to become familiar with your individual health insurance plan since benefits vary across policies. She will provide the appropriate documentation including itemized invoice with diagnosis and treatment codes that clients can submit to their insurance for reimbursement.  She believes in the value of relationship based speech therapy for your family and does not want your child's services to be directed by an insurance company that does not understand their needs.
